Dubai-based airline flydubai announced a substantial increase in its European flight offerings on Wednesday, aiming to meet the rising international travel demand by adding more frequencies to major Italian hubs. As detailed by Emirates News Agency, flydubai enhances its operations in Italy with increased flights to Milan-Bergamo and Naples, strengthening direct links between the United Arab Emirates and Southern Europe. Starting July 31, 2026, the airline will operate a twice-daily service connecting Dubai International Airport with Milan-Bergamo Airport and will also boost its flights to Naples International Airport to a daily schedule.

An official statement from Emirates News Agency confirmed that Emirates and Crypto.com collaborate to offer customers an innovative payment option, following a strategic memorandum of understanding signed in July 2025. This digital asset payment platform is accessible to residents of the United Arab Emirates for both domestic and international flights, with transactions settled in Emirati Dirhams (AED). Payments are processed through Crypto.com’s checkout portal, providing travelers with immediate access to digital wallet funds during the flight booking process.

Data released by the Emirates News Agency confirmed that Korea’s foreign tourist numbers exceeded 10 million in H1, supported by consistent double-digit growth across key regional markets. According to statistics from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, 1.99 million foreigners visited in June alone, marking a 23.1 percent rise compared to the same month last year. This strong monthly growth pushed the total for the first half to 10.71 million visitors, a 21.3 percent increase from the 8.8 million recorded during the same period in 2025, surpassing pre-pandemic 2019 levels by 26.9 percent.
